A Poetic Tendency!!!!
Well ,I dont know if I am good at it at all,but I certainly have developed a good interest in writing poems,
particularly because they are the most convenient ways of expressing your tons of feelings in just a handful of words.
What poems can fo in a few words can not be done even by writing entire encyclopedia of thoughts ,probabaly because the poems give a shot to all your imaginations and let you realise that its what u yourself always feel taht has been expressed through poem.
The poem I have composed is not some very classic example of rhyme but after composing it , I found that it serves a very good purpose of demonstrating a persons immediate tendency.
Just go through poem ,which I have entitled SEARCH and collect your thoughts and then I tell u how it tests ur tendency.
SEARCH!!!
Inj warmth of love, in path of truth, in depth of heart, I search for u.
In air I feel, in light I see, the touch of you the aura of you.
I feel a peace, a melody of music, A nostalgia suggesting of my home where thou wait for me.
I seek your arms, your cozy hair .My head in your lap, every pain is fair.
My conscience tells, you are somewhere ,My hands are bind, my eyes closed, but my soul will find the all I care.
Now , if you have finished reading it,what is the thought you are getting in your mind?
Well, the contents of poem certainly have the tendency to drive you in two totally different directions:
First , you might start thinking of ur girl friend which is the usual propensity I envisaged among friends.
Second,the feeling I had at the time of composition was that of a person seraching for silence and his dear God among all the harsh realities of life.Just because I mentioned "cozy hair" in the poem it wis often understood as some love song though I just thought of Jesus Christ's long hair, for whom I have a very deep fascination from my very childhood.So ,all I wanted to describe was my spiritual inclination.
So, having read the poem, where do u stand?
